Licensing
Last updated March 2026
Drivewell is a product concept. The following summarizes how we intend to present licensing and regulatory status as the product reaches market.
Current status
This website is a demonstration experience. Quotes, enrollment, and portal features shown here are illustrative. No regulated insurance product or vehicle service contract is issued through this demo unless and until you receive separate contract documents from a licensed provider.
Regulatory and licensing copy on this site is concept-only until legal review and the relevant licenses or appointments are in place.
General disclaimer
Nothing on this page is an offer to sell insurance or a vehicle service contract in any jurisdiction. Marketing examples and demo enrollments are not binding coverage.
Always rely on your contract documents and disclosures from the licensed provider or administrator for the definitive statement of coverage, fees, and eligibility.
Protection plans & administrators
When live, Drivewell protection plans or Vehicle Service Contracts may be administered by third-party providers or administrators. Coverage is defined by your contract with that provider, not by marketing materials on this site.
A Vehicle Service Contract is not a warranty. Licensing, filing, and disclosure requirements vary by state and product type.
State availability
Product availability, disclosures, and seller or producer licensing requirements differ by jurisdiction. We will not offer a plan in a state until the required notices, licenses, or appointments for that offer have been completed.
If a plan is not available in your state, you will not be able to complete enrollment for that product.
Questions
For questions about licensing or regulatory status, contact us through the contact page before enrolling. After purchase, use your member portal or the support channels listed in your contract documents.
